Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated April 25, 2026
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
1. Our practice
Aevix does not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags, or comparable cross-site advertising technologies.
We do use first-party analytics (Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and PostHog inside the authenticated app) to operate and improve the Service. Under some interpretations of the CCPA, this may be considered “sharing”. To remove any doubt, you can opt out below.
2. Submit an opt-out request
- Global Privacy Control: If your browser sends the GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out for the browser session and any account it is linked to.
- Email: Send a request to privacy@aevix.appwith the subject “CCPA Opt-Out” and the email address associated with your account, if any.
- Authorized agent: You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorization.
3. Verification
For account-linked requests we will verify your identity using the email address on file. Anonymous browser-level opt-outs do not require verification.
4. Other CCPA rights
See our Privacy Policy for the full list of California privacy rights, including the rights to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information.
