Accessibility Statement
Last updated April 25, 2026
Aevix is committed to making the Service usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our conformance target, known limitations, and how to report accessibility barriers.
1. Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We also follow practices aligned with Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act for public-sector customers.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML and ARIA where appropriate.
- Keyboard navigation across all interactive controls.
- Color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA on body text and UI elements.
- Visible focus indicators on focusable elements and skip-to-content links.
- Alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images marked as such.
- Respect for the user's reduced-motion preference.
- Mobile responsive design tested on iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and desktop browsers.
3. Known limitations
Some legacy data tables and complex visualizations may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We track these as accessibility defects and prioritize fixes by impact. Third-party embedded content (e.g., maps) is governed by the accessibility practices of the respective provider.
4. Reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact accessibility@aevix.app with a description, the page or feature, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
5. Formal complaints
For unresolved concerns, you may also contact our general support channel at support@aevix.app. Public-sector customers may invoke their procurement contract's accessibility-remedy provisions where applicable.
